In individual therapy we spend time exploring your challenges and your strengths we join forces to support changes in your desired areas. In our sessions I will ask you about the issues you are dealing with and we will decide together what we want to focus on.
I will work collaboratively with you to set goals, identify and tackle obstacles, build awareness, and learn skills in order to build the life you want. I specializes in a number of areas and take an individualized and holistic approach to best meet your needs.

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes, weekly.
How often do we need to meet?
I generally suggest weekly meetings because they allow us the time needed for us to connect, and the opportunity for meaningful change. We can discuss if it would be helpful to increase the length of the session or the frequency of meetings.
